Who We Are
I’m Dr. Duncan Goheen – my partner and wife is Marilee Goheen. We have been in the health and wellness field for over 30 years. We were early adopters in environmental movements with many leadership roles and initiative over the years. We founded several charities which have been active in Central America and the Philippines supporting programs in education, agriculture, health and poverty reduction. We are currently helping with a major program in Africa helping small farmers and their families (about 6 million farms) create sustainable agriculture for food security, livelihood and carbon sequestration. The food security will not only benefit farm families but entire nations – and the agricultural practices will help many countries in Africa meet their Paris Accord climate goals.
Our Focus in the Health and Wellness Field
In the health and wellness field our focus has been on mental and emotional health. Our experience has been that Western medicine does a good job at some things and not such a good job at other things. If you get hit by a bus – and are close to a well equipped hospital – and can get to the emergency room quickly – chances are you will get very good treatment to help keep you alive and repair the damage. If you have mental health issues your experience will likely be quite different. This is an area where Western medicine does not have a good track record. Same with most chronic illnesses. And many well recognized physicians acknowledge that many physical health issues are rooted in stress, anxiety and sleep loss.
In our view Western medicine will continue to have limited progress in these areas of weakness as long as their generally accepted view of “human” persists. It’s a framework with little or no place for mind, intention, soul, spirit or emotional life. (It’s a similar limiting framework by the way that has resulted in many of our climate and environmental issues on the planet) Our framework of human includes these dimensions. We have found that by including these dimensions and by using proven tools and processes which we have been taught by leaders in their field – and other tools and processes which we have pioneered and developed which are now tried, tested and proven over the years – that it is now possible to transform a struggling, low functioning life into a life of joy, peace, wellness and abundance in a relatively short time. Everyone is different – and we are not claiming that every case responds at the same rate – but the overall results which we have observed over several decades are that most people respond favorably to the tools, processes and support which we provide for specific health issues such as stress, anxiety, sleep loss and many other health issues. We will be rolling out more products addressing additional health issues over the next few months which have also been tried and proven.

I put tracks 3,4,5 on a loop and played it over night. I have had 2 nights of completely uninterrupted sleep. Typically I wake many times a night and often wake at 4:00am and toss and turn until I get up feeling tired. I am feeling great after 2 nights of great sleep. I feel light. The new routine for sleep is working exceptionally well, doing light exercises and no TV nor coffee resulted in a very deep sleep. In fact the ping from 4 emails could not wake me. (that's new for a light sleeper)
