We are the largest hearing aid provider in the world, operating in 8 different countries and acquiring every customer digitally. Our target audience is 50 and over, leaning slightly wealthy and with no preference to either male or female.
Our product is not unique but our offering is. We are a digital only company which is extremely unique for the senior market but it essentially means due to low overheads compared to the other hearing companies which are mainly retail based, we are able to grow quickly and offer very competitive rates.
A lead is created when the customer fills out the questionnaire on the landing page. There are approximately 10 questions which are all based on their hearing loss, only at the last step do we ask for their name, email and phone number.
