You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your affiliate program application. - We reserve the right to remove an affiliate from our program. You will have no legal recourse against us for the removal of your affiliate program. Other policies: - Nations Photo Lab has a zero tolerance branded keyword bidding policy. Any violations will result in voided sales and are grounds for removal from the program. Details are outlined in the affiliate agreement. - Nations Photo Lab allows email campaigns but only after we have been contacted for suppression lists. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant. Failure to comply will result in removal from the affiliate program.
