We have been in the jewelry business for over 30 years and started this company back in 2008. We quickly realized the added expense of renting a physical retail location and having commissioned employees (like every brick and mortar store does) forced us to increase our prices which ultimately had to get passed along to our consumers. So, back in 2008, I decided to focus 100% on selling on-line, providing great customer service, amazing prices and make the process of purchasing jewelry as affordable and as pleasant as possible.
