30 day return policy with the customer responsible for shipping it back to us, unless opted in Retrace Shipping Protection at checkout. 

Warranty
365 days warranty that covers manufacturing stitching flaws or tearing that is not caused by improper use or care, or any other physical flaws in the construction of the item. This does not cover minor cosmetic flaws (like piece of string), personal preferences regarding material and color (remember you can always order a free swatch) or physical damages caused by a human of any size or pet. If you’re unsure about whether something is covered in this warranty, just drop us a line.

Goods returned within the 30 day returns period will not receive a commission payment.
A commission is paid excluding VAT, P&P and Shipping costs on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied.
