How can I see my sales?
In our welcome email, you’ll receive a link to log into your account where you’ll be able to see your sales, payment status, shorten your affiliate link, and all other relevant information.
How will I get paid?
Commission off of any sales made will be paid to your PayPal account on the last day of each month. Please make sure to include the correct email address connected to your PayPal account to ensure you get paid out each month. Without this, we cannot make payments to you.
What if I make a sale and it doesn’t show up?
It may take a few business days for a sale to show up on your account. A sale will also only be credited to you if you make sure that the person shopping clicked your link to visit our website. If it’s still not working, please email partners@earthbreeze.com with a screenshot of the checkout screen and we can fix any errors.
How will I know what Tier of Affiliate I am in?
You can log on to your affiliate portal and be able to see what your sale total is and what Tier that would land you in! Feel free to check out the affiliate page on our website for a reminder of the added benefits in each level and what it takes to qualify!
What is the difference between my affiliate link and a discount code?
You will get a reward in both cases - no worries about that. Your link does not contain any discount but it is important to share it. When clicking on it, a cookie will stay in people’s browser for 10 days and track if they order in this timeframe. People sometimes forget to enter discount codes at checkout and we might have sales running then. By sharing your link, you are sure to be rewarded.
Is my link only active for 30 days?
No, your link will be active until you decide to stop working with us! However, your link contains a cookie that stays in a browser for 30 days only. If someone clicked on your link but orders after 30 days, you will unfortunately not be rewarded.
What can I do to make more sales?
Great question! Some best practices and tips to make sure you’re doing the most:
- Add your shortened personal link to the bio section of all your social accounts, and include a swipe-up option on your stories so that people may use your link to shop directly.
- Post on your Instagram + Facebook about your favorite Earth Breeze products and recommendations. Mix up the content you post highlighting different features!
- Make sure you join our Facebook group to keep up with the latest and see what other Earth Breeze Affiliates are doing to make $$$.
