We have many military customers and have a large collection of military crests ready to engrave. Our customers include The US Navy, The Royal Navy, The RAF, many units of the British Army including Special Forces and the military academies of both Sandhurst and Dartmouth. We have provided tankards to the Royal Navy's newest aircraft carriers HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH and HMS Prince of Wales. We also have had one of our tankards presented to the actual Prince of Wales! Oh and beer lovers! Our USP's - how we differentiate We offer FREE delivery as a standard within the UK. Most of of our competitors do not. We have very favourable international shipping rates either at or below cost. In addition we also offer SAME DAY SHIPPING WITH ENGRAVING on all our in stock products (85% of the range). Again this quite unusual and is not offered by our competitors. A key offering is our FREE ARTWORK APPROVAL SERVICE. We will supply a screen shot direct from the engraving software and email to a customer for approval before we prepare their order. Over 90% are approved with no revisions but we will make as many changes as the customer requires until they are happy. We offer free returns for 365 days after the order is placed.
