Affiliate program The affiliate program offers a tiered commission with a base commission of 3% on every verified sale NUMI makes through your referral link. Each Year, once you reach $2000 of sales through your affiliate link, your commission will be upgraded to 15%. After $4000 in sales, your commission will be upgraded to the top tier of 20% on every verified sale through your referral link. All you have to do is refer the buyer to us from your own website. How it works ... We use Share A Sale's affiliate program. Adding your first affiliate link to your website will take less than 5 minutes. The Affiliate program will detect each click generated by your affiliate ID and store a cookie on the visitor's computer. If the visitor makes a purchase within 30 days of the first click, you'll get 3% of the sales revenue! Your percentage of commision will increase based on sales outlined in the tiers above. We keep track of the most recent clicks and you can see them on your own affiliate area (it's an easy way to make sure the link you added on your website is working properly). How much will you get paid? You will get 3% of the sales revenue for each of my products you manage to sell. As you increase your total sales through your link to $2000, your commission will increase to $4000. After $4000 in sales, commission increases to 20% of sales revenue. Commission will automatically increase once you have reached the sales target for each tier. Commission excludes taxes and shipping totals from the total sales. All payments are in USD. Duration period is 365 days from the day you sign up and is reset every year. How will you get paid? Currently, we only pay our affiliates via PayPal or through the Share A Sale network. When will you get paid? You received the payment 60 days after the final order was made, totalling the minimum payment amount. NUMI requires a minimum payment amount of $50 (50 USD), meaning you must accumulate orders until you reach the minimum to receive payment. You will be paid in USD (US Dollars). If any sales are made in another currency, the sales and commission value will be converted into USD. Terms & Conditions By joining my Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with the terms and conditions. Wearnumi.com reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, at any time and at its discretion alone, by posting a notice announcing a change or a new agreement on the wearnumi.com website. If you do not wish to accept a particular amendment, you only reserve the right to terminate the agreement and your participation in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following notice of a change or a new agreement on the wearnumi.com website will automatically constitute acceptance of the changes. Your obligations You must use the Affiliate Program in a manner that demonstrates common sense and respect for the rights of wearnumi.com and third parties. You may not use our Affiliate Program on a website promoting sexually explicit material, violence, any kind of discrimination or illegal activities. Any kind of advertisement causing damage to the name "NUMI" or products are prohibited. Spam, unwanted commercial e-mails, posting in unappropriated newsgroups or forums (non-commercial for example) are also prohibited. You may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name or your return e-mail address. You may not use our affiliate program on any website url that contains all or part of our products' name, company name or website name. Termination At its discretion alone, with or without notifying you, wearnumi.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your participation in our affiliate program immediately, should you commit fraud in your use of our affiliate program or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, wearnumi.com shall not be liable to you for any commission for such fraudulent sales. TM+/TM Bidding not permitted unless with written permission from NUMI.
