Farm-to-table restaurant founders with 20+ years in the kitchen, we appreciate the importance of building impactful relationships with the hardworking families producing the food we eat.

Expect only the best—we partner with small farmers and ranchers responsibly raising pork, beef, and chicken across the Golden state. Farmers like Bruce Steele (Grace’s Uncle) of Winfield Farm, one of our farm partners. Bruce single-handedly raises his herd with love and care in Buellton, California. You won’t find top-quality products like his in a grocery store. That’s why we created a conscientious meat subscription aligned with a higher standard.
