Luke's Lobster is a vertically integrated seafood company in Maine. Founded by Luke Holden, a 3rd-generation Maine lobsterman, Luke's brings the worlds best sustainable seafood directly from fishermen at the docks to doorsteps nationwide.
Luke's established its reputation with a restaurant group, founded in New York City in 2009 and is proud to have locations across the US and in select international markets. In 2012 Luke's opened its own seafood production business in Maine, which allows it to cut out all middlemen, buy directly from fishermen we know and trust, prepare the seafood perfectly, and get it to guests and home cooks in perfect condition. Luke's has expanded its product line to include not just its famous lobster roll kits, but fresh seasonal seafood like dayboat scallops, line-caught bluefin tuna, halibut, and sustainably farmed oysters.
In March of 2020 Luke's launched its ecommerce channel which ships sustainably sourced Lobster, Lobster rolls, and tails across the US. Customers receive the same great quality seafood that would expect in any of our locations in the comfort of their own homes.
Luke's is a Certified B Corp, committed to core values of Taste, Transparency, and Purpose. Luke's only sources sustainably fished and farmed seafood, returns more value to fishermen and coastal communities, engages in its local restaurant communities' charitable initiatives, and funds non-profit projects that find win-wins for the environment and coastal communities through its Keeper Fund.
