What is ShareASale ThinkTank?
ShareASale ThinkTank is an annual event designed to bring together top clients as well as new, up-and-coming Affiliate and Merchants. This event is a wonderful blend of class and camaraderie, and all attendees are certain to benefit from the free-flow exchange of ideas and information. ThinkTank is an open event for ShareASale Merchants and Affiliates, and Program Managers.
When and Where is ThinkTank 2012?
May 16 - 18, 2012 at the Lakeway Resort & Spa in Austin, TX. Lakeway Resort & Spa is located on the shores of Lake Travis in the rolling Texas Hill Country. This beautiful resort boasts comfortable style and pristine sunsets. Minutes from Austin, this lakeside resort features three sparkling swimming pools, a rejuvenating spa experience, an array of water activities, plus championship golf courses nearby.

Looks Who’s Coming – How to View Attendees
Interested in who will be at ThinkTank 2012? Click the View Attendees Tab! Simply select your affiliation with ShareASale (Affiliate, Merchant, or OPM/Agency) and login using your existing ShareASale username and password. Once logged in, you can view attendees by affiliation and read a little about their company.

Private Affiliate-Merchant Meetings
Sit down for some one-on-one networking time with a few of ShareASale's finest! Each registered Merchant at ThinkTank will have their own individual table in the Travis Alcove at Lakeway to meet with attending Affiliates. Meetings will be pre-scheduled using this website, and last approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Private Affiliate-Merchant Meetings – How to Schedule (coming 4/25)
On the View Attendees Page, simply select your affiliation with ShareASale (Affiliate, Merchant, or OPM/Agency) and login using your existing ShareASale username and password. Once logged in, you can click the “Your Meetings” Tab and select the drop down to schedule a meeting.
Each meeting will need to be confirmed by both affiliate and merchant. You may schedule up to five meetings at a time.
Airport Transportation Information
If you require transportation from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, please email your flight details to lindsey@shareasale.com no later than Friday, April 20th. Transportation is not guaranteed after this date.
Golf Outing: Golf with the CEO
Pending your arrival on Wednesday, join ShareASale's CEO Brian Littleton for "Golf with the CEO". Brian will be out there all day to help you look for golf balls and hopefully cheer on a few birdies. This year "Golf with the CEO" will be held at one of three courses in and/or around the Lakeway Resort & Spa property. More information coming soon!
UPDATE
Entries for the Golf with the CEO Tournament need to be submitted by Friday, April 20th. Entries may be sent to lindsey@shareasale.com. You must be a registered attendee of ThinkTank to participate in this tournament. Late entries will not be accepted. Tee times will be finalized and sent out to players no later than May 1st.
There will be transportation from the Lakeway Resort & Spa to the Falconhead Golf Couse all afternoon for players. If you need transportation from the airport or Affiliate Summit Central, please let us know!
OPMs & Appetizers Welcome Reception
After an afternoon of golfing, come by the Lakeway Vistas Terrace for the OPMs & Appetizers Welcome Reception. This is your chance to mingle with fellow attendees, enjoy a few signature Lakeway appetizers, and even enter to win two roundtrip tickets to Hawaii!
The ThinkTank 2012 Sessions will revolve around problems faced by Merchants and Affiliates on a regular basis; and provide ideas and solutions to combat these particular issues. Sessions will be led by experts in the industry with a vast knowledge on each problem/solution. Speakers include: James Borzilleri from Experiment.ly, Robert Duva from RingRevenue, William Rothbard from FTC Ad Law, Scott Jangro from Shareist.com, Tony Pantano from the PMA, and David Naffziger from BrandVerity.
