Commission Structure:

Commissions for shared exchange hosting for direct or reseller clients are paid in 2 parts:

  1. We pay a $5.00 commission on each trial sign up.
  2. From months 1-6 we pay 10% commissions on the revenue you generate.

Commissions for dedicated exchange hosting for direct or reseller clients are paid in 2 parts:
  1. We pay a $50 commission for each dedicated exchange server contract which is signed.
  2. We will also pay 10% of any revenues generated for the three months of usage.


Alternative Commission Structure:

For those interested, we offer an alternative commission structure at a flat 50% commission on the first 2 months of service with no commission for non-paying signups. Please note that this 50% commission is NOT available for the dedicated server sales, which will remain at the 10% level.
