- Affiliates may not register or utilize a domain name which includes the Art and Home brand or variation of same without prior written consent.
Only completed orders are eligible for commission, orders that are cancelled will be reversed, and orders that are changed before shipping may be revised within ShareASale.
Reasons for order cancellation may include:
- Others that are deemed to be fraudulent and are cancelled due to fraud screening.
- Orders for items that cannot be shipped to the customer's location (some items cannot be shipped outside of continental U.S. ).
- Orders completed with a pending payment method (e.g. PayPal or Money Order), where payment is not received.
- Customer request for cancellation.
- Orders that cannot be shipped due to product availability.
- Orders that are returned by the customer for a refund.
Reasons for order adjustment (increase or decrease in sale amount) may include:
- Changes to an order made after the checkout has been completed, including adding or removing items or changing the quantity of items ordered. (e.g. customer mistakingly orders a quantity of 2 and intended to only order 1, or the customer decides to add an item to their order after checkout).
- Discounts applied after the checkout has been completed (e.g. customer forgot to enter a discount or coupon code).
- Orders processed for an exchange or using a Store Credit, where the original transaction was not adjusted or reversed. In this case, the original sale amount (already commissioned) may be removed from the replacement order's sale amount.
