Affiliates can only display/promote coupons & codes that are valid and are located in the deals database, specifically a Shareasale newsletter or a banner supplied by us in Shareasale.
Affiliates may NOT display/promote coupons & codes from MultiChic.com's own mailing list to customers ie: Newsletters, Customer emails, Magazines, or Other non affiliate promotions.
Affiliates may only promote exclusive coupons if they were made and given to you by the affiliate manager or a member of the MultiChic.com team.
Affiliates found in violation of this policy will be subject to termination and a forfeit of commissions.
Affiliates shall not purchase search engine keywords or domain names that use "MultiChic.com's" trademark "Multi Chic" and/or variations and misspellings thereof. You shall not purchase or register keywords, AdWords, search terms, domain names, or other identifying terms that include the word "MultiChic.com", "MultiChic", "Multi Chic" or variations and misspellings thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service. Specifically, this policy prohibits You from:
Bidding on MultiChic.com's trademark, "Multi Chic", and any keyword string that includes this term.
For example, "Multi-Chic.com", "MultiChic.com", etc.
Bidding on variations of MultiChic.com's trademark: for example "MultiChic", "Multi-Chic", www.MultiChic.com", "www.Multi-Chic.com",
"www.Multi chic.com", "ww.MultiChic.com", "www,MultiChic.com", "wwwMultiChic.com", "Multi Chic" etc.
Affiliates found in violation of this policy will be immediately terminated from the program and will forfeit all commissions.
Affiliates may not use our product names, product descriptions, product images, site logos, product datafeed etc. unless they are linking to our site with these items. Spam sites using our product names, descriptions, images, site logos, product datafeeds,etc. to drive traffic to their own site for PPC reasons or any other use other than to promote our products and link to our site to earn commissions from this program will be immediately terminated and reported.
