On November 4th and 5th, ShareASale will host the first in a series of "Think Tanks" designed to maximize relationships between premium ShareASale Merchants and Affiliates. Selected merchants will have the opportunity to promote their affiliate program to a group of experienced and savvy affiliates, who will provide great feedback and suggestions for program growth. These affiliates are old-timers in the industry, and their insight into website design, merchandising, landing pages and datafeeds is always enlightening. Additionally, this is an excellent set-up for one-on-one recruiting. ShareASale will be providing hotel accommodations for both nights at The Wynn Las Vegas for both Merchants and Affiliates. To encourage networking, we are also hosting dinner following the Think Tank presentations and discussions. Total cost to participate in this event is $499. You will be responsible for air fare, and any late night mini-bar snacks. The ShareASale Think Tank is intended to be a very focused, interactive event. Fifteen merchants will come face-to-face with 25 hand-picked affiliates, all with a variety of experience in PPC (pay-per-click), SEO (search-engine-optimization), Coupon, Datafeed, and blog marketing. Both Brian Littleton (President/CEO) and Carolyn Tang (Director of Client Services) will also be in attendance, hosting an all-day Merchant workshop to help you get the most out of your metrics. We are only able to accept 15 merchants, so if you are interested in attending the Think Tank - please submit a brief proposal to ctang@ShareASale.com by August 25, 2006 discussing what you would intend to present to the Affiliates during your allotted time. You will have the stage for 30 minutes, during which you can take 5-10 minutes to present various aspects of your program. The remainder of the time will be dedicated to Affiliate feedback. If your proposal is not accepted for this session, we will consider it for future Think Tanks. We hope that you'll be able to join us! Selected merchants will be notified by August 28, 2006 and must commit by September 8, 2006. |
