Fees
are based on the payout rate. For example, if you set up your commission structure at 10% of an individual sale, a sale amount for $100 will result in a commission to the affiliate of $10. Shareasale's fee for this transaction would be 20% of $10, which is $2. There are no fees for clicks, impressions, etc... so the pricing is entirely performance based. |

We do not tie you down to any long-term contract, you are free to cancel the service at anytime (and any remaining balance will be refunded to you). We also do not require exclusivity, so you can work with any other existing affiliate network that you are utilizing or plan to utilize. |

Minimum |

In a given month, if your account does not generate a minimum of $25 in fees to ShareASale, your account will be charged the difference. There is a grace period.
We understand that affiliate programs take time to grow, so we offer the following grace period:

| 60-120 after Activation | $10 Minimum Per Month |
| 120+ after Activation | $25 Minimum Per Month |
Monthly minimum billing will begin on the 1st of the month following your grace period, so your actual grace period may be a little longer depending on what day of the month your account is activated.

Shareasale.com processes and writes your affiliates' checks free of charge each month. We also provide payments to affiliates via Direct Deposit where available (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Select EuroZone Countries) |
